Born, raised and educated in the Philippines, Dennis brings a 
unique perspective to whatever he does, and this certainly 
includes his professional real estate career. His parents’ very 
first home purchase was a duplex - living on one side, and 
drawing income from the other. In spite of the family’s 
modest income as a government employee and 
pharmaceutical rep, the additional rental income enabled 
private education for all the children. 
 
With a degree in engineering, Dennis worked his way 
immigrating into the US and began as an information 
technology consultant working for a multinational business 
consulting firm. He subsequently relocated to Post Falls, ID as the Director of Information 
Technology for a Fortune 500 furniture manufacturer. 
Influenced by his parents, Dennis’ first home purchase was also a duplex. So while at his 
corporate job for the next 20+ years raising his kids, he simultaneously enjoyed the comfortable 
benefits of passive income. 
Today, as a licensed Realtor®, Dennis is not your typical salesperson. He brings a consultative 
approach, determining his client’s objectives in either buying or selling a home. Home buying is 
a very personal decision, so he strives to make sure that clients understand the pros and cons of 
their choices. Meeting customer expectations is what drives his daily activities. 
However, what he enjoys most is analyzing market data, and developing unique marketing 
campaigns to attract the right buyer to his listings. As an award-winning photographer, and 
certified judge, he also utilizes stunning visual elements to attract attention on the internet, 
where 90% of homebuyers begin their search. Dennis strongly believes that emphasizing the 
“lifestyle” or the “experience” of owning a particular home, is what will ultimately sell a unique 
property. 
“The home purchase is a very emotional process. My goal is to accompany my clients through 
this experience, and make it as painless as possible.”
