While Spokane and Coeur d’Alene REALTOR®, Emily Polanco  was born in South Dakota, she considers herself 
 
a native of Washington state. The ambitious real estate agent moved to Wenatchee at a young age and 
 
moved to Spokane after graduating from high school. Soon she met her husband and they left for Seattle, but 
 
it only took two years for the couple to get heartsick and run back to the Coeur d'Alene area. The young 
 
couple now cannot wait until they can grow their family in the only town, they want to call home. 
 
Before working in real estate, Emily worked as a snowboard instructor which allowed her to experience the 
 
beauty of the greater Pacific Northwest. She then started a career as a Human Resource director and while 
 
she loved working with people, it did not quite feel like the perfect fit. In 2019 she had the opportunity to 
 
work alongside her mother-in-law who was a REALTOR® and quickly realized that this is where her true 
 
passion lay. 
 
Emily obtained her real estate license in 2020 and since then has thrown herself fully into the real estate 
 
business. She cannot imagine doing anything else now because it feels so natural to spend her days helping 
 
others find the perfect home. Her innate sociability mixed with her high ambition and initiative make her a 
 
great fit for the real estate industry. A rising star within the local real estate market, Emily hopes to learn 
 
more about real estate investment so she can serve her clients better and expand her client base. 
 
Given her young age, Emily is hungry and full of innovative ideas with the energy to help her clients in 
 
whatever way she can. Her warm and pleasant nature makes it easy for her to get along with clients, but her 
 
drive to be the best allows her to fight passionately on their behalf as she negotiates deals and is not afraid to 
 
play a bit of hardball to get the best deal possible. 
 
Emily is the type of real estate agent you want on your side because she is about more than just the bottom 
 
dollar. Her top goal is to help people so that she makes a personal difference in their life. She is aware of how 
 
powerful of an experience buying a home can be, and the complexity of the transaction. Her goal is to 
 
shoulder the stress of the home buying or selling process so that clients can enjoy the joy that is also tied to 
 
the transaction. 
 
Whether she is working with buyers or sellers, it is Emily's passion that shines through with each deal. She is 
 
ready to do whatever you need to make sure that you leave her office happy and satisfied.
