We worked with ELLEN SANFORD, there are not enough words to explain how awesome the experience was!! I am a no nonsense person, who knows what I want and will look, search, and hunt everywhere (under rocks and deep in the woods) until that "ah ha" place. Ellen was on board for all of my goofy, off the wall, out of the way aventures... Our process lasted for about a year plus. We live out of state, so I would look and research areas, send info to Ellen or she would send ones she found, look it up and set up a long list of places to "power" view when we came up. We finally found our forever home... negotiations were not easy as the owner was a bit difficult. After what seemed like months of negotiations (not really), we reached an agreement. It was less than a month when we signed papers and received the keys, we were able to access the place right away and spend our first night (Feb. 2020). Ellen came over in the next few days with a wonderful welcome basket, visited for awhile then let us get comfortable. Through this whole process Ellen has become more than a "realtor" she is someone I consider a friend. She remains in contact with us, checking in and wishing us well and holiday blessings. When Ellen says "from the heart" she truly means it. I hold her in my heart for taking such good care of us. I am excited to see her reactions to all the progress we have made with our place, it is totally a beautiful dream brought into reality!!!When my daughter and family move up here she will be our "go-to" as well as anyone else I know of, who is looking to buy a home in the realtors group area.
