We worked with ELLEN SANFORD, there are not enough words to explain how awesome the experience was!! I am a no nonsense person, who knows what I want and will look, search, and hunt everywhere (under rocks and deep in the woods) until that "ah ha" place. Ellen was on board for all of my goofy, off the wall, out of the way aventures... Our process lasted for about a year plus. We live out of state, so I would look and research areas, send info to Ellen or she would send ones she found, look it up and set up a long list of places to "power" view when we came up. It was over the weekend or during the week, she was very flexible. When we found a place to view and were not able to make it up, my son (who already lives in Priest River) would meet her and view it, taking video or facetime for live feed back. At times we would come up with the whole family (daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and son with fiance') she never missed a beat. She was loving to my family and engaged eagerly with us as a whole. We finally found our forever home... negotiations were not easy as the owner was a bit difficult. After what seemed like months of negotiations (not really), we reached an agreement. It was less than a month when we signed papers and received the keys, we were able to access the place right away and spend our first night (Feb. 2020). Ellen came over in the next few days with a wonderful welcome basket, visited for awhile then let us get comfortable. Through this whole process Ellen has become more than a "realtor" she is someone I consider a friend. She remains in contact with us, checking in and wishing us well and holiday blessings. When Ellen says "from the heart" she truly means it. I hold her in my heart for taking such good care of us. I am excited to see her reactions to all the progress we have made with our place, it is totally a beautiful dream brought into reality!!!When my daughter and family move up here she will be our "go-to" as well as anyone else I know of, who is looking to buy a home in the realtors group area.

Haven is a wonderfully supportive team business. All the agents are beyond helpful and work as a team. Labrina at haven helped me find a rental/ income property for a family member. She was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She was able to secure a wonderful property for me in a highly competitive market. She's very familiar with the different areas of spokane and surrounding areas as she was born and raised here. I highly recommended Haven and Labrina Winfrey.

Working with Cambria and her team was great! She was always professional, did what she said she was going to do, and was very knowledgeable in our complete transaction! I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction!
